Salon Annique Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

At Salon Annique, we value our loyal clients and want to thank you for your continued support. Our Loyalty Program is designed to reward regular clients who consistently book treatments with us.

1. How It Works

Facials & Pedicures

  • Book and attend 10 regular appointments.
  • On your 11th appointment, you receive a 50% discount on that treatment.

Waxes, Mini Pedicures & Mini Facials

  • Book and attend 20 regular appointments.
  • On your 21st appointment, you receive a 5% to 15% discount, based on your loyalty status.

2. Client Requirements

  • The Loyalty Program is only for regular clients who book consistently.
  • Missed or skipped appointments will not cancel your progress — they will only delay your reward.

3. Loyalty Card Validity

  • Your loyalty card is valid for 1 year from the date you start the program.
  • After one year, the card resets, and progress starts from the beginning.

4. Information We Collect

  • We collect your name, surname, and cell phone number.
  • All information is recorded and stored manually.
  • We do not use email or SMS marketing.

5. Communication

We may contact clients via WhatsApp or phone call for:

  • Loyalty program updates
  • Monthly specials or salon promotions

6. Additional Information

  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Rewards must be redeemed during the qualifying appointment.
  • Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
